About the position

We at Perido are looking for an e-commerce coordinator for our client, an authority responsible for infrastructure, coordination, and operational activities related to essential societal functions. The authority has implemented a new business system, IFS Cloud. In connection with this, the purchasing and e-commerce function is in a development phase where working methods, routines, and collaboration need to be further developed and streamlined. The assignment mainly takes place at the client's office in Norrköping. Some possibility for remote work may exist after agreement.

Your tasks

As an e-commerce coordinator, you will have a coordinating role within the purchasing and e-commerce process. The role involves being the link between the business users and the system provider regarding purchasing-related parts of the business system. You will contribute to quality assurance and further development of ordering flows and ensure that the system's functionality supports the needs of the business.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Continuously connect new suppliers in the business system and phase out previous suppliers
• Administer catalogs, orders, deliveries, users, and internal inventory
• Ensure that correct information is available in the e-commerce module
• Participate in the development of new functionality in the business system
• Evaluate and quality assure the system provider's technical solutions related to ordering flows
• Act as a contact point between the business, management, and other operations in purchasing-related matters

Qualifications (the following requirements must be met and clearly stated in your CV):

• High school or equivalent education, YH education as a purchaser or equivalent education, or other education with a focus on purchasing/procurement at the university level
• At least one (1) year of work experience in areas such as e-commerce, business economics, supply chain, or related fields
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Meritorious:

• Experience working with order flows in e-commerce or purchasing processes

Scope and start date

Full-time, consultancy assignment for 6 months, with the possibility of extension. The assignment can last up to a total of 2 years. Start around 2026-04-01, after a successful background check.
